Physicians Review Organization (PRO) released the most up-to-date results of a satisfaction survey of clients and reviewers.
Among the PRO clients who responded to the survey, 100 percent were “very” or “generally satisfied” with the services of PRO in areas questioned including completeness and accuracy, professional appearance of the report, turn-around time, and communication.
Among the physician reviewers who responded to the survey, 96 percent were “very” or “generally satisfied” with the orientation materials provided, the feedback given to the reviewers, ease of the process, and turnaround time of reimbursement.
